What to expect

  • Counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your thoughts and feelings and we can work together to talk about your issues and help you to find a way forward.

  • Trained as a psychodynamic counsellor, I will work with you to explore how your current relationships and feelings might be unconsciously influenced by past experiences and relationships.

  • We can arrange an initial assessment where you can tell me more about yourself and you can find out more about the counselling process.

  • If you would like to continue then we will arrange to meet weekly for 50 minute sessions.
